"Friendly, Helpful & Professional"

My wife's house the other day and had huge leak under the house and out in the yard. I called in a local plumber they charged me 200$ to show up and find... nothing. I then called Patterson. They sent Derek out within a few hours. He spent a good amount of time looking couldn't find the problem and kept looking only to figure out it is the water main in to the house from the meter. I received an estimate with in mins and he clearly laid out my options and ideas to help. I hired them and I couldn't be happier that I did. From the time they stepped on to the job they have been friendly helpful and professional. The job has turned out to be alot more work then expected with shale causing it to be a much bigger harder job. They have worked hard and got water back on before the weekend. I can not express how grateful I am to them for making this job personal and getting it done. I can not recommend them enough and look forward to working with them when needed in the future.

Very professional, I feel like I can trust that the work done is done right. Our technician Damien answered all of my questions and it was easy to tell that he was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I have their gold membership and so far this year it's already paid for half of itself. They have excellent communication as well. Calling when they say they will, showing up when they say they will, and sending a picture of the technician prior to them coming so you know what to expect. I trust them to do honest work and take care of my systems as if they were their own. Customer for life.

"Excellent Customer Service"

Had a water heater which quit working late in the evening. After looking at several reviews decided that Patterson Plumbing would be the best one to call. Called Patterson that evening and talked to Noel. She was very friendly and helpful. She told me that she understood my situation and would send Joe out, who was their best water heater serviceman early the next morning. Early that morning got a call from Raquel letting me know that Joe and Nathan were on their way. Joe looked at my water heater and told me that it was older and that my water heater and water regulator needed to be replaced. He took time to answer all my questions and explained in detail the work and cost involved in replacing the water heater and regulator. It was a very cold day when they installed the water heater in an unheated garage. Joe and Nathan worked hard and by two in the afternoon they were done and I had hot water again. Joe and Nathan were great to deal with. They were very friendly and courteous. Joe really enjoys his job and knows a lot about water heaters. He works hard to provide excellent customer service.  It was a pleasure working with Joe, Nathan, Noell, and Raquel. Called the Patterson Plumbing and Heating Office to let management know about the great service I had received from their staff. The receptionist told me the manager was busy and would call me back. The manager never called me back which was disappointing.

"Prompt, Diligent Workers Who Went Above & Beyond"

It was altogether a professional experience. We will absolutely use them again in the future. They were prompt, diligent workers who went above and beyond. When you set up an appointment, they call you to make sure you're home before they send out the technician. They also text you a photo of the person that they're sending so that you don't accidentally let the wrong person into your house. When you set a time, they show up at that time. They keep you in the loop when they're working on stuff, and make sure that you're ok with any changes before they start on it. We originally planned a large project - pulling out all of the ancient plumbing in the walls of the bathrooms and replacing it. They started by drilling into the cement to find the spot to tie into, planning to work their way from the floor up. After they drilled, they found that the main waste was mostly disintegrated. They stopped their work and showed us what they had found. They patiently explained the ramifications of what they found, worked out a few different options for solutions and made sure to work within our budget. My husband and I decided to change our priorities and replace the main waste line instead of the other work we had planned. Mike, our serviceperson, seamlessly switched to the new job. They were tidy about their work and always tried to leave us running water when they left for the evening. No one's ever thrilled to find new plumbing problems, but they made it as painless as possible and turned it into a great experience!

"Everything Was Fantastic"

If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. My sump pump went out late on a Saturday night and after quite some time of us trying to get it to work I conceded and called a plumber (Roto Rooter). That was a horrible experience and will never recommend them. I then called PPH. From their answering service to their technician, Derek, everything was fantastic. Derek was here within two hours of me calling and that was just his travel time. When I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay as much as he quoted he showed me how to replace everything myself. That seemed a bigger task than I wanted to tackle (not to mention I couldn’t get past the smell) so I told Derek to go ahead and do it. Within 2 hours he had left to go get a new pump and installed it. I couldn’t believe how quickly he was done and everything was working perfectly. A little pricey on the service but well worth it especially for a weekend disaster.

Neil Came out to replace the back outdoor faucet as it kept wanting to keep watering even when we were done. He is very professional, polite, and helpful when I was working on the sink hardware as well. He worked quickly and very efficiently as well as pointed out something else that I may need to look at repairing/fixing in the future. When he first came out for the faucet problem, he was able to shut it off until I could schedule a better time to have the work done. And he showed up quickly. Fantastic service!! On a Saturday evening we had a tech show up for a clogged shower drain all the way down in Rye within about 1 hour after we called. Alphred was the man they sent and he got it fixed even though it was a bad clog and at least 50' into the drain!! I've never had an experience near this good with any plumbing company. Extremely professional and fast and Alphred went way above and beyond and is very knowledgeable!! Can't recommend enough!!

Looked on yelp for a great plumbing and heating HVAC company for my elderly mom's house cause it was having trouble. Found these guys and so far so good. We had some issues that came up and it was so easy to reschedule for the very next day. Tim showed up on time with a mask on and checked out what she was having trouble with. Come to find out that it was a mess. But he went over everything really well with her and was honest and very respectful. We trust him and he seems to be the right guy for the job. Can't wait for the new setup and installation. Financing was very easy and Tim had many different options for her to pick from. She made a great choice. Thank you so much, Tim, Alfred, Micheal, and Damien. You all did a wonderful job and worth every penny. Everything was so well done and you all were so respectful to my mom. Patterson Plumbing and Heating arrived like the cavalry to our basement flooding emergency. The 1st crew eliminated the immediate problem on Tuesday, Oct 08, 2019. They promised to return Wednesday morning after the flooding was resolved. Wednesday and just as promised, Patterson sent Neil Toumey. Neil a true gentleman, hard worker, professional in every way explained everything step of what would be accomplished. He even said by the end of the day we would have water again or he would stay until we did. By the middle of the afternoon, all was back but even much better than before. Patterson always responds immediately and the crews are always impeccably attired.

I called Patterson plumbing & Heating (PPH) to fix a problem with our thermostats. Upon arrival, Tim Morales followed me down to the basement where I observed an additional problem...water coming from the hot water heater. Tim not only fixed the thermostat problems but he called an additional crew and had a new hot water heater delivered and installed. The crew checked all of the water pipes for corrosion, etc. Not only that but the water left a mess, to say the least, but when this crew left that entire area was clean as a whistle. The professionalism observed by Tim, Gyasi, Rich, and Thomas was way above and beyond what we anticipated. The only word I can come up with is "awesome". PPH has to be proud of this crew because we certainly are. we had visitors at the house for a period of time and they noticed the friendly, professional manner in which each of the crew members presented themselves. Additionally, the PPH customer service staff were our first contact, these agents were friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs. They not only immediately followed up with an e-mail response with the date and arrival time but also called us the due date to let us know the crew was departing the office and gave us an estimated time to expect them. Now... If that wasn't enough then customer service sent a picture on my iPhone of the person arriving to fix our problems. My wife and I are so very thankful, for the attention to detail, and response to our needs, that PPH has provided to us. We have never received such feedback on dates and/or arrival times from anyone over the many years we have dealt with other technicians. We are with Patterson Plumbing and Heating to stay. "Courteous, Professional & an Outstanding Job"

I called Patterson plumbing and heating for help with a kitchen sink backup. I called after 9:00 PM expecting to speak to an answering machine. To my surprise, a real person answered and scheduled me for an appointment the following day.  She was very polite and received two separate follow-up calls. On the day of the repair, Jon and Mark came a few minutes early up for our appointment. They were courteous and professional from the moment they walked in. The drain they came to repair turned out to be a real challenge and Jon had to try several methods but was determined to find a solution.  I was impressed with his knowledge and determination. In the end, he solved the problem and they both did an outstanding job cleaning up. I will highly recommend  Patterson Plumbing and especially Jon and Mark every opportunity I get.

I want to thank Derek for a great job. My husband and I are both handicapped and elderly, unable to do much. Hot water heater went out and Derek replaced it. Neighbors recommended a different company, but we did not feel comfortable with the recommendation. Derek was great, courteous, and patient. I was out to talk with him while he worked and he listened, like a son. He helped us with finance applications as well. He did not try to hard sell us with services we did not need at this time.
